EXTRACTION

HOW DOES IT WORK

AGRENTA, through an innovative extraction method, produces botanical extracts and preparations from selected and traced raw materials. The production process starts from agricultural production, that we monitor digitally to be able to constantly keep the key agronomic parameters under control; once the vegetable matrix has been collected and stabilized, it is subjected to an extraction process, which alternates a dynamic phase obtained at programmed pressure, with a static phase necessary for the transfer of the extractable substance into the solvent.

THE PRODUCTION PLANT

The production plant allows versatility and is capable of: using numerous extraction solvents, processing different plant matrices (leaves, roots, branches, etc.) at a controlled temperature and with shorter times than traditional extractions, thanks to the solid-liquid dynamics. A careful quality control and product traceability is guaranteed by a digital monitoring system of the main processing variables and agronomic parameters. We respond to the needs of the food, livestock and cosmetic sectors.

FOOD INDUSTRY

For the food sector we produce flavourings, plant extracts to be used as processing aid and food ingredients to increase functionality and nutritional profile.

ANIMAL FEED SECTOR

For the zootechnical sector we produce plant extracts and preparations, developed to meet the needs of functionalisation of the feed, increasing in the nutritional profile and supporting animal welfare.

COSMETIC SECTOR

For the cosmetic sector we produce plant extracts to be used as ingredients in the formulation of cosmetics and functional products for the human well-being.
