WHAT DO WE DO
Through an innovative extraction method, we produce plant extracts and preparations from carefully selected and monitored raw materials.
The production process begins with agricultural cultivation, digitally monitored to consistently control key agronomic parameters. Once the plant matrix is harvested and stabilized, it undergoes an extraction process that alternates between a dynamic phase achieved at programmed pressure and a static phase necessary for transferring the extractable substance into the solvent.
With our monitoring model developed and tested in Sardinia, we provide a solution capable of managing, tracking, and monitoring key variables and agronomic parameters in real-time, delivering both current and historical knowledge of production.
With our analysis systems, we can provide remote monitoring for acquiring data on key variables and parameters, supporting decision-making, and reducing costs and inefficiencies in business and production process management.
We use a production system that allows the use of various extraction solvents, processing different plant matrices (leaves, roots, branches, etc.) at controlled temperatures, and with reduced times compared to traditional extraction, thanks to the solid-liquid dynamics.
For the food sector, we produce flavors, plant extracts for use as technological aids, and food ingredients to enhance functionality and nutritional profile.
For the zootechnical sector, we produce plant extracts and preparations developed to meet the needs of feed functionalization and enhancement of the nutritional profile.
For the cosmetic sector, we produce plant extracts for use as ingredients in the formulation of cosmetics and products aimed at promoting personal well-being
